Anti-Spam Policy

Last Updated: April 11, 2026

1. Our Commitment

fundable. is committed to protecting inboxes. We only send email to recipients who have directly requested it — by creating a fundable. account, opting into alerts or digests in their dashboard, or explicitly requesting a newsletter or product update. We do not send unsolicited commercial email (UCE), and we do not tolerate its use by anyone using our Services.

2. Opt-In Only

All fundable. email lists are built through first-party opt-in. We do not purchase, rent, trade, scrape, or harvest email addresses from any third party. fundable. sends email on three distinct streams:

  • Alert and digest emails, sent only to users who have created an authenticated account via Clerk and explicitly enabled the relevant alert or digest in their account settings.
  • Product update emails, sent approximately monthly to users who have created a fundable. account, announcing new features, platform changes, and important notices. Every product update email includes a visible unsubscribe link; unsubscribe requests are permanent and honored within 24 hours.
  • Transactional emails, such as account verification, sign-in codes, password resets, and billing receipts, sent only in response to a user's direct action on the platform.

3. Transactional vs. Marketing Mail

The majority of email fundable. sends is transactional — account verification codes, saved-search alerts, billing receipts, and product updates to active customers. Any marketing or outbound messages we send are delivered only to verified, opted-in recipients, and every such message provides a clear path to unsubscribe.

4. Unsubscribe

fundable. honors unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly. The mechanism depends on the type of email:

  • Product update messages include a visible unsubscribe link in the message footer. Clicking the link removes the recipient's address from the product update list permanently.
  • Alert and digest messages can be stopped by editing, disabling, or deleting the relevant alert from the user's account dashboard on the fundable. web application. Changes take effect immediately and stop all future digests for that alert.

Unsubscribe requests are honored within 24 hours and are permanent — we do not re-add addresses to any list once a recipient has opted out.

5. Authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

All fundable. mail streams are authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. The sending subdomain send.tryfundable.ai publishes its records in public DNS, and DKIM signatures align with the tryfundable.ai From header. Mail that fails these checks is not authentic fundable. mail.

6. Prohibited Use of fundable. Data

Customers access business contact and firmographic data through fundable.'s Services. Customers may not use this data to send unsolicited bulk email, perform list-washing against their own mailing lists, or otherwise violate the CAN-SPAM Act (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU/UK), or any other applicable anti-spam law. Violations result in account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. See also Sections 1 and 3 of our Terms of Service at /terms/service.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you have received any email that appears to come from alerts@tryfundable.ai, updates@tryfundable.ai, jacob@tryfundable.ai, or any other @tryfundable.ai address that you did not request, please forward the message — including full headers — to jacob@tryfundable.ai with the subject line ABUSE REPORT. We investigate every report and, where warranted, remove the offending address and disable the responsible account.

8. Spoofing and Impersonation

Mail that purports to come from fundable. but fails SPF, DKIM, or DMARC alignment is not authentic fundable. mail. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from fundable., do not click any links or open any attachments — please forward it with full headers to jacob@tryfundable.ai so we can investigate.

9. Compliance with Applicable Law

fundable.'s email practices are designed to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive (EU/UK), and other applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws. Every marketing email identifies fundable. as the sender, provides a functioning unsubscribe mechanism, and includes a valid physical contact method on request.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
