Backed by state-owned shareholders, the firm manages mixed-ownership funds that focus on semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, cyber-security and biopharmaceutical sectors. According to public Chinese registry and investment-platform filings, the firm currently manages around a dozen funds with a total committed capital in the tens of billions of renminbi.
