Wahgoshig First Nation is an Algonquin Anicinape community located near Matheson in Cochrane District in northeastern Ontario, Canada. It is an Anishinaabe and Cree First Nation band, formerly known as Abitibi-Ontario Band of Abitibi. The community is involved in economic development projects, including a joint ownership in the Cochrane Solar Projects.
