ViaWest Group is a commercial real estate investment and services firm that focuses on value-add and opportunistic office and industrial properties. Through a combination of funds, individual transactions, and programmatic joint ventures, ViaWest invests its clients'​ and partners’ capital alongside its own in acquisition and development opportunities with attractive risk-return attributes and an expectation of the above-market returns.
