Vermont Seed Capital Fund

VT Seed Capital Fund provides early-stage companies with risk capital to start, create wealth, and grow employment opportunities. The Fund initially invests between $25,000 and $250,000 per transaction via a variety of debt and equity instruments. The Fund's manager, which is an entity, not an individual, makes investment recommendations for review and action by the Fund’s three-person Investment Committee. As of June 30, 2020 (fiscal year-end), the Fund has invested in 23 companies for a total of $4,321,915.
