USF Research Foundation is a not-for-profit, direct-support organization (DSO) of the University of South Florida. Incorporated in 1989, the foundation owns and operates the USF Research Park and provides financial and administrative mechanisms to help commercialize university discoveries, develop high-technology businesses and manage industry-sponsored research partnerships.
