TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) is the Turkish government’s leading agency responsible for developing science, technology and innovation policies, as well as funding and conducting research across the country. Established in 1963, it also runs several venture capital and entrepreneurship support programs aimed at fostering R&D-intensive early-stage companies in Turkey.
