The founders of Tritium have been successfully investing together for over a decade. During that time, the Tritium team has deployed over $625 million of capital and produced several, notable “wins” for investors, founders and employees alike. The careers of Tritium’s founders began at a global management consulting firm and continued at a well-established venture capital firm, where they shared responsibility for managing several billion dollars of capital. There, the team successfully launched a national, growth practice that grew from a “skunk works” effort to a large component of the firm’s investment strategy. In 2013, Tritium Partners was launched as an independent firm that could focus exclusively on lower middle market growth buyouts.
