Tiger Management Corp. is an American hedge fund and family office founded by Julian Robertson. The fund began investing in 1980 and wound down in March 2000-01. It was known for its significant influence in the hedge fund industry and for spawning a number of 'Tiger Cubs,' which are investment firms started by former employees.
