Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF) is a commercial investment vehicle focused on financing essential infrastructure projects—energy, transport and digital—in the Three Seas region of Central and Eastern Europe. Established in 2019, the Fund has a target size of around €1 billion and aims to improve connectivity and economic development across its member countries.
