Founded in 2003, The London Fund invests in and advises IP-rich high-growth companies that focus on B2C and emerging tech with a particular focus on transformative technologies. We actively partner with entrepreneurs operating companies with $1M to $100M in revenue on inorganic growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, IP strategy, and IPOs. The London Fund investment vehicles can also boost growth by providing $200K to $50M in early-stage and growth capital. Our proprietary process allows us to identify Ferraris with flat tyres, while also performing real-time due diligence on team dynamics, psychographics, capabilities, motivation and focus. We help entrepreneurs shift the balance away from the stagnant investment modes of established companies.
