The Libra Foundation is a private, non-profit foundation established by Elizabeth B. Noyce in 1989. It is committed to supporting organizations led by those most impacted by systemic oppression, particularly low-income communities of color. The foundation funds BIPOC-led movements working at the grassroots level to build power in communities, support democratic rights, and center those most impacted.
