Swyx, now operating under the Enreach brand, is a Dortmund-based provider of software-based IP telephony and unified communications solutions designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. Its flagship product, SwyxWare, allows businesses to replace or complement traditional PBX systems with a flexible, software-driven platform that integrates voice, messaging, video and collaboration. The company became part of Enreach in 2018 and officially rebranded to Enreach on 1 October 2021 to strengthen the group’s presence in the DACH market.
