Investment decisions are driven by the team’s experience and background in selecting markets where structural, economic, or competitive features, allow SigmaRoc to gain a competitive edge. The focus markets currently include specific areas in Europe. Particular attention will be given to niche markets as they all share the right characteristics of quality, stability, long term visibility on returns.
