Sinan Fund (司南基金), also referred to as Sinan Investment, is the market-oriented private equity and venture capital fund management platform of ZTE New Group. Established in May 2020, it holds the qualifications of a private equity and venture capital fund manager registered with the Asset Management Association of China and is responsible for ZTE New Group’s industry investment activities across multiple sectors.
