Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. is a provincial state-owned backbone enterprise approved by the People’s Government of Shandong Province and officially established on 6 August 2019 with its headquarters in Qingdao. The group integrates and controls the province’s major ports, including Qingdao Port Group, Rizhao Port Group, Yantai Port Group and Bohai Bay Port Group, and engages in port operation, logistics, shipping services and related industrial investment.
