Yankuang Energy Group Co., Ltd. (兖矿能源集团股份有限公司) is the coal-mining and energy arm of Shandong Energy Group. In 2024 it produced 142 million tonnes of commercial coal, generated RMB 139.1 billion in revenue and RMB 14.4 billion in net profit, with year-end assets of RMB 358.6 billion. The company operates mines and related energy businesses in Shandong, Shaanxi-Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Northwest China and overseas in Australia, and is the only Chinese energy enterprise listed simultaneously in Shanghai, Hong Kong and New York. Shandong Energy Group holds 52.83 % of its shares, and the group employs about 78,000 people.
