RTL Ventures is a venture capital investor that invests media value and cash in exchange for what is generally a minority stake in fast-growing B2C and B2B2C ventures. We also provide companies with added value by giving them access to international network and the knowledge and facilities within the RTL organisation. For us, it is important that the companies in which we invest retain their independent identity. This means that we support the companies in our portfolio where necessary and enable the entrepreneur to do what he or she does best: running his or her business. We therefore collaborate with companies that have an experienced management on board, with a clear vision of operational management. We invest in solutions that make consumers’ lives easier. We make use of RTL media to enable a large group of people to become acquainted with the added value of these companies and aim to change consumer behaviour by doing so. We do all of this in an effort to raise the businesses in which we invest to the next level. We are always in search of opportunities in the consumer market in themes where RTL excels. Our primary focus is in e-health and e-learning, but we are open to other investment opportunities in which media can give a boost to your company’s growth.
