Russian Venture Company (RVC) is a state-owned fund of funds created to develop the Russian venture capital market. It invests in venture funds focused on investments in Russian technology companies and is described as an institutional investor and the first fund of funds in Russia, established in 2006. Since 2021, RVC has been part of the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
