Platform Partners is a Houston-based private investment firm that invests through a perpetual capital model, which allows long-term partnerships with entrepreneurs and great leadership teams. Like a private equity firm, Platform targets equity investments of $10 to $100 million in companies with a history of operating profitably. The firm invests in majority or minority stakes to fund growth, buyouts, “Buy & Build” opportunities and recapitalizations.
