Pino Partecipazioni
Pino venture Partners, an Italian private investment firm, provides seed, early stage and growth capital as well as range of advisory services including advice on company valuations, mergers, acquisitions, divestments and capital restructuring. Investments are focussed on European companies operating within the telecommunications, media and information technology sectors. The firm invests in Europe with particular focus on the Italian and Spanish high tech sector. Investments range from €500,000 to €5 million in exchange for a minority equity stake between 15% and 35%. Pino Venture Partners also act as co-investor in larger deals. Fund advisory services are carried out by its subsidiary, Pino Partecipazioni SpA.
