Pengcheng Vision Fund (鹏城愿景基金) is a Shenzhen-based investment vehicle formed in 2023 under the legal entity 深圳鹏城愿景创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）. The first phase of the fund totals RMB 1 billion and operates with a “government guidance fund + private capital + professional investment institution” model. It targets early-stage, small-ticket, high-tech opportunities in areas such as broadband communications, next-generation networks, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and digital manufacturing.
