MSW was created in 2000 by Prof. Moises Swirski, PhD in Finance, Stern School of Business. After an early career as an educator in finance, Moises decided to establish a consulting boutique to meet the demand of alumni for independent investment and acquisition evaluations. The clients were of a very diverse profile, from large corporations with demands for performance systems to entrepreneurs who want to change their trajectory and find new partners and capital for their projects. Customer challenges shaped MSW. First, it expanded services for the construction of Business Plans and Valuation. He then took on the responsibility of managing the complete M & A cycle. These advances have led MSW to build the necessary governance to drive new steps for small and medium-sized enterprises. More recently, MSW has advanced to Venture Capital, in particular, for the management of a seed capital fund (FIP MSW BR Startups Capital Seed).
