LitCapital is regional independent professional private equity fund management company. LitCapital was founded in 2010 and currently is managing a EUR 25 M size growth capital fund Litcapital I KŪB. The fund was established under the JEREMIE initiative in cooperation with European Investment Fund (EIF) and is aimed at investing into expansion of private companies with particular focus on minority growth investments in high value added and exports driven B2B companies. LitCapital is a hands-on investor. Even though our approach is not based on too many formal procedures, we have fundamental investment principles. Firstly, we invest a substantial part of our own financial resources and hence we treat all investments as the businesses' owners. Therefore, we put all our efforts to ensure that invested capital earns adequate return for the Fund and business founders.
