Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) is the state-level agency of the Government of Kerala, India, responsible for building and supporting the state’s startup ecosystem. Established in 2015 and headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram, KSUM operates incubation centres, offers funding programmes, mentorship and infrastructure, and connects entrepreneurs with investors and industry partners across Kerala.
