建信金融资产投资有限公司, also known as CCB Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Construction Bank Corporation. It was established in the context of supply-side structural reform and has a registered capital of 27 billion yuan. The company was approved for establishment in July 2017 and officially opened in August 2017, becoming the first financial asset investment company in China to be approved for establishment, operation, and to obtain a business license.
