INVL Private Equity Fund II is a Vilnius-based private equity vehicle managed by Invalda INVL/INVL Asset Management. The fund seeks to build a diversified portfolio of roughly 10–12 companies, supplying late-stage growth capital and executing buy-out transactions primarily in the Baltic States, Poland and neighbouring countries. With a target size of around €250 million, it is positioned as one of the largest private equity funds in the Baltics.
