Intera seeks to invest in Finnish and Swedish companies with sales of €10 to 200 million at the time of the investment and where Intera can become a majority owner. Typical investment situations for Intera are acceleration of organic growth and internationalization of target companies, industry consolidation and generation shifts in family-owned companies. Intera is a member of the Finnish Venture Capital Association and follows the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines (IPEVG) and the Reporting Guidelines of the European Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (EVCA).
