Beijing Hosen Investment Management, LLP (“Hosen Capital”) is an independent and professional private equity investment firm founded in March, 2010. Headquartered in Beijing and with offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu, Hosen Capital is one of the first four private equity management institutions registered in National Development and Reform Commission pursuant to new equity investment regulations. Hosen Capital currently manages three funds. New Hope Investment Fund I is an RMB fund invested by New Hope Group, Delong Iron and Steel Group and Huaxi Hope Group. New Hope Investment Fund II is a USD fund with strategic investments from New Hope Group, Temasek，ADM and Mitsui Co.. The third fund, Hosen Emerging Industry Fund is sponsored by some individual entrepreneurs of Guangdong Hi-tech Chamber of Commerce and Shenzhen Private Entrepreneurs Association.
