Helmet Capital is a nationwide private equity firm owned by Finnish partners. Beads makes direct majority investments in Finnish small and medium-sized enterprises. The bead invests funds for private individuals, family businesses and institutional investors belonging to the target companies. Helmet has been in the venture capital market since 1998, during which four funds have been managed, one of which is still active. The team consists of ten private equity professionals and four advisors. In addition to the private equity business, we have extensive experience in leading positions in Finnish industry, management consulting and investment banking.
