Henan Investment Group Co., Ltd. is a state-owned investment and capital-operation company approved by the Henan Provincial Government. Founded in 1992 and wholly owned by the province, the group manages provincial state-owned assets and undertakes large-scale investment projects. As of September 2025 it holds total assets of RMB 372.8 billion and equity of RMB 146.3 billion, with controlling stakes in more than 70 listed companies and domestic AAA / international A credit ratings.
