Hangzhou State-owned Capital Investment & Operation Co., Ltd. (branded as “Hangzhou Capital”) is the first city-level state-owned investment and operation platform of Hangzhou, China. Established in November 2018 with a registered capital of RMB 10 billion, the firm is mandated by the Hangzhou municipal government to carry out the full life-cycle of investment activities ranging from early-stage science-and-technology ventures to mid- and late-stage industrial projects.
