Eksfin (Export Finance Norway) is Norway’s official Export Credit Agency (ECA). It provides financing in the form of government loans and guarantees to Norwegian businesses and international buyers of Norwegian goods and services, with the aim of promoting Norwegian exports and supporting the green transition. Eksfin falls under the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries.
