Edition Capital primarily invests in businesses participating in the leisure and entertainment sectors. Since 2016, the firm has invested £30m into 20 Seed and Series A rounds for businesses in sectors as varied as marketplaces, live events operators, F&B operators, immersive experiences/competitive socializing, and TV and music production creators. The firm looks to invest in post-revenue businesses, with a UK footprint, taking advantage of the Enterprise Investment Scheme to enhance investor returns, with a target deployment of between £0.5-5m per round.
