Ecliptic Capital was founded by Mike W. Erwin, whurley, Adam Lipman, and a diverse team of serial entrepreneurs and early-stage investors who have started, scaled, and sold multiple companies. Our partners have Fortune-100 experience at companies such as Apple, Goldman Sachs, Accenture, PwC, Bank of America / Merrill Lynch, Genentech, AT&T, Austin Ventures, Microsoft, Allstate, and others. We focus on getting involved early with entrepreneurs and working with them toward efficient execution, rapid scale, and outsized value creation. We are using networks, data and trust to bridge between the digital and physical worlds in opportunistic markets – particularly defensive, lagging industries present in undercapitalized geographies. We target disruptive companies with emergent technologies that can be leveraged into sustainable business advantages across a wide array of adjacent markets.
