What makes us different is that they are not a fund. they are a fully-capitalized investment company and their angels range from seasoned investors, tech entrepreneurs, venture fund partners, senior executives of successful companies and one institutional investor. Together, they leverage their collective experience as well as their extensive network of contacts to add value to their investees through their ability to open doors and to mentor them. Whenever possible they seek to invest alongside established venture funds that act as lead investor but DAI also has also acted as lead investor on various seed and bridge rounds.
