Dongfang Guozi (full name: Suzhou Wujiang Oriental State-owned Capital Investment Operation Co., Ltd.) is a state-owned investment platform established in November 2001 by the Wujiang District Government of Suzhou, China. Authorised to manage district-level state assets, the company engages in capital operations and external equity investments. It has created 15 fund-of-funds and over 100 sub-funds, attracting more than RMB 200 billion under management to finance regional infrastructure, industrial upgrading and green development initiatives.
