Daiwa House Group GROWTH FUND (official name: Daiwa House Group Future Value Co-Creation No.1 Investment Limited Partnership) is the first corporate venture capital fund established by the Daiwa House Group. Launched in February 2024 with a total fund size of JPY 5 billion, it aims to invest in and co-create with start-ups that align with the group’s focus on people, cities and living. The fund is managed by Ignition Point Venture Partners.
