Cytiholding (together with its 2 subsidiaries Cytindus and Cytifinance) is an investment group managed by Michel Delloye with a focus on private equity and growth companies. Founded in 1997, it aims to actively contribute to the success of these companies by supporting their management on a long term basis, both on the formulation of strategy and its implementation.
