Columna Capital is an entrepeneurial investment firm based in London and Lugano (Switzerland) with significant experience sponsoring European small to mid-market companies with growth potential. Columna typically acquires direct equity interests and subsequently deploys development capital to exploit growth opportunities. Our strategy is to identify off-market opportunities and invest in a limited number of attractive companies where we actively work with management, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders to drive long-term value creation. Columna will also acquire the majority interest from limited partners in end-of-life private equity funds with a view to realising value from the underlying portfolio investments through restructuring, sale, or liquidation.
