Changxing Fund (长兴基金) is a government-guided equity investment vehicle set up in January 2022 in Changchun, Jilin Province, China. Operated by Changchun City Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., the fund has a planned total size of about RMB 30 billion and controls a series of sub-funds that focus on key industries such as automotive, modern agriculture, optoelectronics, biomedicine and science-and-technology innovation. Its mandate is to provide capital to strategic projects and growing companies that can drive the economic revitalisation and industrial upgrade of Changchun.
