Cactus Capital is Israel’s first student-run venture capital fund, established in 2018 within Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Operating out of the university’s Yazamut 360° entrepreneurship center in Be’er Sheva, the firm deploys small pre-seed tickets (up to about $100 k) to very early-stage startups founded by BGU students and graduates.
