Cabletron Systems

Cabletron Systems, Inc. was a U.S.-based manufacturer of networking computer equipment, primarily known for its work in the Local Area Networking (LAN) industry during the 1980s and 1990s. The company was based in Rochester, New Hampshire, and eventually became a holding company for four separate networking companies before ceasing operations.
