Being internally funded allows us to quickly evaluate and act upon opportunities. They use clearly defined investment criteria and rely upon little or no leverage. Being family-run, they are flexible and can be accommodating on deal structures, differentiating us from traditional private equity funds and merger & acquisition firms.
