AYA Integrated Healthcare Initiative (AYA-IHI) is a follow-on project to the Ghana Heart Initiative that works with Ghana’s Ministry of Health and Ghana Health Service to strengthen the country’s healthcare system. The programme focuses on technology, data and patient-centred care to improve the prevention, detection and management of non-communicable diseases, particularly cardiovascular conditions.
