AusHealth is a self-funded medical research charity headquartered in Adelaide, established in 1985 (then called Medvet). It generates income through services including drug and alcohol testing and uses its profits to fund medical research and translate discoveries into commercial propositions, including via AusHealth Ventures which supports research and spins out health tech companies.
